People in the Bloomsburg area have praised "Chef" Mike Smith for years while he has worked in the following establishments: RoseMarie's, Bassett's, The Inn at Turkey Hill, and Ridgway's. 
Inspired by the city of his birth (Philadelphia) and an appreciation of good food passed on by his mother and father (the late Sandi and Al Smith), Smitty's menu features cheesesteaks, soups, salads, a wide variety of sandwiches, and other specialty items. 

Mike is a 1991 graduate of Bloomsburg University where he was a member of the fraternity Sigma Iota Omega, and a 1987 graduate of Middleburg High School.
